Delete your account

How to permanently delete your Remarkify account and its data from the Android app, the iPhone app, the website, or by email.

Deleting your Remarkify account removes your profile, conversion history, credits, settings, your handwriting font and the stored credentials for your reMarkable. It happens immediately and cannot be undone. Notebooks already on your tablet are yours and stay there.

Delete it yourself

Use whichever you have. It is the same account everywhere.

  1. Android app

    Open Remarkify, go to Account, tap Delete Account and confirm.

  2. iPhone or iPad app

    Open Remarkify, go to Account, tap Delete Account and confirm.

  3. Website

    Sign in at remarkify.app, open Account, then choose Delete Account at the bottom of the overview and confirm.

Ask us to delete it

If you can't sign in, email privacy@remarkify.app from the address you use with Remarkify and ask us to delete your account. We verify the request and complete it within 30 days.

Cancel your subscription separately

Deleting your account does not stop a store subscription. Cancel it where you bought it:

  • Google Play: Play Store → your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions
  • App Store: iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions
  • Website: Account → Plan & credits → manage billing, before you delete the account
